How Tourney by PadelMind, operated by Anchor Fastener Mfg Corporation, handles personal data.

What we collect

• Hosts: email address and sign-in details, events you create, your UPI ID and name for payments, and billing details for invoices (name, email, state, GSTIN).
• Players: what a player gives when registering for an event — name, WhatsApp number, playing level, and optionally email, gender and photo — plus their sign-up, payment references they enter and match results.
• Usage: anonymous page views (a random id stored on the device, the page, the referring site, time zone and language — no IP address), your country as worked out from your IP address by our host Cloudflare (used to show the right payment option, not stored with the IP), and sign-in attempts (email, time, success or failure — never passwords).

How we use it

• To run events: sign-ups, draws, scores, standings and results.
• To send WhatsApp messages about the event a player signed up for (rules, invitations, reminders, round updates, results), through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
• To take platform fees, issue invoices and prevent misuse.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

• Paddle.com (payments outside India — card details go to Paddle, never to us)
• Google (sending invoice emails)

Cookies

We use one cookie, pt_region, to remember whether to show you the Indian or international payment option, and your browser’s local storage to keep your events and sign-in on your device. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Who can see it

A host sees the details of people who registered for their own events. Event pages (draw, live scores, results) show players’ names publicly so participants can follow along.

How long we keep it

Event records are kept so hosts and players can see past results. Invoices are kept as tax law requires. Ask us and we will delete your account or your player details, except where we must keep records by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop WhatsApp messages (reply STOP or tell the host). Write to [email protected].
